Best Appliance Repair Service
Our Sub Zero refrigerator suddenly stopped working so I called Sub Zero and they recommended Best Appliance.
So happy I called them! Our Sub Zero is over 20 years old and Casey came out promptly, diagnosed the problem, ordered the parts, returned twice to get everything running smoothly and now we have a refrigerator that will probably last another 20 years. Casey was knowledgeable about all things Sub Zero and saved us a bundle of money since we didn't need to replace our built-in Sub Zero.

This was the first time I have used Best Appliance and it won't be my last should another appliance go on the fritz.
Technician Lawrence was very professional, personable, courteous and above all knowledgeable about my Whirlpool washing machine and the probable cause as to why it would no longer spin after the rinse cycle. After taking the front of the machine off and zeroing in on a couple of broken parts in the transmission, he retrieved new and improved parts from his van, gave me the broken parts and explained why they failed, installed the new parts, reassembled the machine, and ran the washer through a test cycle. Lawrence asked if I had any questions or concerns about the washer or dryer which I thought was excellent customer service and I was impressed with the whole experience from start to finish.

'Best' was my experience. I called in for service on a sick ice maker. Anthony was at my door an hour later. and an hour after that the problem was fixed. 1st rate on response time and service. And you sent a nice guy!

Mike got me scheduled ASAP and even put me on the wait list for my desired day.
That even opened up, he called me the night before, but unfortunately the time didn't work for me. So, yesterday, Dennis arrived on time and very professionally to my home in a Best Appliance branded vehicle, uniform, and with business card in hand. That means a lot as a woman who lives by herself. Once Dennis was assured that my pit bull, Mochi, wouldn't bite him despite acting exceptionally protective, he got to work. Within a short time, I heard the dishwasher running and it was... magical. Dennis explained what happened, let Mochi have some kisses and was on his way. I then curled up next to the dishwasher and meditated to the beautiful sound of no longer have to HAND WASH A FORK.
I am beyond impressed and satisfied. If any of my other appliances go on strike (knock on wood), I will be calling Best Appliance.

My wife and I had hands-down the most satisfying experience ever. Repairman Frank arrived promptly at the appointment time & called 15 minutes beforehand to announce his arrival. He was very personable and extremely knowledgeable. We explained the problem and he dove right in without hesitation. He talked to us through every step of the way and in a manner that a layman could easily understand. All in all an amazing experience. Their level of customer service is unparalleled from beginning to end. And it's that type of customer service along with Repairman Frank that will having us going back and recommending their business to friends, family & co-workers.
